I am a grad student in Toronto Canada - soon to be moving back to New York City - which is where I am from - and where Eric currently lives and works. I am doing a PhD in Women’s Studies and find myself constantly having to explain what that is. But I ask you this, dear reader - if you don’t know what it is - then take all the stupid crap you have ever thought or heard about feminists or Women’s Studies and throw it out the window. Reading this blog will give you a fresh new idea about what it means to be socially and politically conscious in this incredible day in age.
